MyanmarTeashop apologizes you for the service interruption which is due to the server’s physical failure. We have found out that the server was over heated because of the inadequate cooling system. In the previous server, we used water cooling system to keep our server cool. However, due to the lack of time, we were not able to plan for the cooling system like the previous one when we submitted the server to the authority.

We have tried our best to inform our members about it but we were unable to do that because of the encryption of all our members’ email address. Our hard disks have also suffered from physical damage. Fortunately, the backup system was able to backup all the data, and if we can write the code properly to describe the data again, we will get all our data back.

We now have done with the server setup, and we currently are working on the security codes to protect our members’ data. We will be back online as soon as we finish with the security coding system.
